Scholarship
The Banks – Willeke Scholarship was established by the members of ANCOR many years ago to provide financial assistance to students in our association area that further their education in a food service related field.

This scholarship is named in the honor of two restaurateurs, well known throughout Ohio, who were very active in our association. Mr. Eugene Banks was the owner and operator of the San Dar Smorgasbord in Bellville and Mr. Stan Willeke owned and operated Stan’s Restaurants in Mansfield. These two men were held in the highest esteem by their peers in our industry and we are honored to have had them as active members and to be able to have a scholarship in their names.

Employee’s of members and student’s enrolled in member schools in our association are eligible for this scholarship. Scholarship information and applications are made available in March of each year.
